Town Office filing period is from Wed. Jan. 20 through Thur. Jan. 28, 2016 at the Town Clerk's Office
Mon., Tues., & Thur. 8am-5pm and Wed. 1pm-6pm
On Fri. Jan. 29, 2016 the Town Clerk's Office is open 3pm-5pm for Town Office filing ONLY!!

Residents are able to license their dog(s) with proof of:
  • current rabies vaccination certificate
  • spaying/neutering certificate
$7.50   Spayed, neutered and dogs under 7 months old
$10.00  Dogs that are not spayed or neutered and older than 7 months
$3.00   Residents who are 65 years old by January 1, 2015 may register one dog at the rate of $3.00
Residents may mail copies of certificates along with a check made out to:  Barrington Town Clerk.

DOG LICENCES ARE DUE BY APRIL 30, 2016
A $30.00 fine
($25.00 Civil Forfeiture and $7.00 service fee)
will be issued by the BARRINGTON POLICE DEPARTMENT,
in addition to a $1.00 per dog per month late fee,
as well as the original licensing fees

Plate Number, Plate Type and last 4 digits of the VIN for each registered vehicle or the PIN number provided by your municipality on your renewal notice by mail or email.

Select how you wish to pay for your transactions and confirm. Your registration(s) will be mailed to you within several business days.

The mission of the Town Clerk’s Office is to meet and exceed our residents expectations on a daily basis by providing them with accurate, reliable, fast and friendly service in processing their motor vehicle registrations, dog licenses, marriage, birth and death certificates, conducting local and state elections as well as receiving and processing absentee ballot requests, voter registrations, and maintaining the town records.
